Ordering & quotations

How can I request a quotation for a horse box?
You can easily configure your ideal box using our online configurator and request a non-binding quotation. Alternatively, you can contact us by email or phone — we will prepare a personalised offer for you within 48 hours.
Are the prices shown binding?
No, all prices in CHF shown on our website are non-binding indicative prices. The final price will be set out in your personal quotation and depends on the configuration, dimensions and delivery location.
Can I configure my horse box individually?
Yes, our boxes are highly configurable. Use our online configurator to select dimensions, wall types, door variants, grille options and accessories to your requirements. Our team is happy to advise you on special requirements.
How long does it take to receive a quotation?
You will typically receive your personal quotation within 48 hours of your enquiry. For complex large-scale projects, the processing time may be slightly longer.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, you can order from just a single box. For larger stable projects, we will of course prepare a comprehensive offer with appropriate terms.

Products

What types of horse boxes do you offer?
We offer indoor stalls (front walls, partition walls and feed walls) as well as outdoor boxes (with mono-pitch or gable roof). Indoor stalls are available in three quality levels: Standard, Profi and Excellent.
What materials are the boxes made from?
All boxes are manufactured from hot-dip galvanised steel. This provides excellent corrosion protection and a lifespan of over 30 years. Depending on the model, hardwood infills, bamboo panels or HPL panels are used.
What is the difference between indoor stalls and outdoor boxes?
Indoor stalls are wall systems (front, partition and feed walls) that are installed within an existing stable building. Outdoor boxes are completely freestanding units with their own roof, placed outdoors — as a single box, extension or complete stable facility.
Can the boxes be adapted to custom dimensions?
Yes, all boxes can be individually adapted in width and depth. Standard widths range from 300 to 400 cm. Discuss your requirements with our team so we can find the optimal solution for your stable.
Do you also offer accessories and stable equipment?
Yes, our range includes over 250 products — including windows, doors, feed troughs, hay racks, fences, horse walkers and much more. Everything from a single source for your stable construction.
What are the partner products from Geert en Henk Switzerland?
In addition to our own stable systems, we distribute BEGA hay steamers for optimal roughage preparation as well as Sirius horse trailers. These products complement our range for comprehensive horse care.

Delivery & assembly

Do you deliver throughout Switzerland?
Yes, we deliver throughout Switzerland and to border regions of Germany, Austria, France and Italy. Delivery is made directly from the factory in the Netherlands to your location.
How does the assembly of the horse boxes work?
Assembly can be carried out by our experienced installation team or — depending on the box type — can also be done yourself. Indoor stall wall systems can be assembled with some DIY skills. For outdoor boxes, we recommend professional installation.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs depend on the scope and delivery location and are transparently shown in your quotation. For a non-binding offer including delivery costs, please use our configurator or contact us directly.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is typically 4 to 8 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the product and configuration. Standard products may be delivered more quickly. We will inform you of the expected delivery date in the quotation.

Care & maintenance

How do I care for my horse box?
Thanks to the hot-dip galvanisation, our boxes are extremely easy to maintain. Regular cleaning with water and, if necessary, a mild detergent is sufficient. Wooden infills should be retreated as needed. Detailed care instructions are provided upon delivery.
How durable are the horse boxes?
Our hot-dip galvanised steel boxes are designed for a lifespan of over 30 years. The galvanisation reliably protects against corrosion, even in damp stable environments. Wear parts such as hinges or latches can be easily replaced as needed.
Is there a warranty on the products?
Yes, we provide a manufacturer's warranty on all Geert en Henk products. The exact warranty terms will be communicated with your quotation. For questions about the warranty or claims, we are at your disposal at any time.
